How to get access to your catalogues

Here you can find your organisation's catalogues in the Norwegian data catalogue (FDK).

You must be signed in to view and edit content. You can choose between two sign-in methods:

  • Sign in with ID-porten/Altinn
  • Sign in with Felles brukerhåndtering (Common user management)

Sign in with ID-porten/Altinn

To get read, write or organisation administrator access to the registration solution in the Norwegian data catalogue (FDK), you must have the correct authorisation in Altinn. Access is granted through the rights "data.norge.no: Read access to the registration solution", "data.norge.no: Write access to the registration and harvesting solution" or "data.norge.no: Organisation administrator access to the registration and harvesting solution".

Sign in with Felles brukerhåndtering

You can get read access to the FDK registration solution by registering with the Norwegian Digitalisation Agency's Felles brukerhåndtering (Common user management). We use your email address to identify you and connect you to the right organisation, so please use your work address when you register. Since Felles brukerhåndtering uses the email address as the username, we recommend that you enable two-factor authentication after you have registered. You do this from the «Authenticator» menu option in Felles brukerhåndtering.

You will receive an email from Felles brukerhåndtering after registering. Follow the instructions in the email.

Once you have completed sign-in, you will have read access to your organisation's catalogues. If you need write access to the catalogues, we ask you to use Altinn.

Terms of use

If this is the first time your organisation uses FDK, someone in the organisation with organisation administrator access to the FDK registration solution must accept the terms of use on behalf of the organisation. If they are not accepted, no catalogues will be created for your organisation.
