Description
Staten kjøper klimakvotar for internasjonale tenestereiser som statstilsette gjer med fly. Som grunnlag for dette, samlar Difi data over statstilsette sine flyreiser, medrekna politisk leiing i departementa. Tala blir rapporterte inn til Finansdepartementet som så kjøper klimakvotar for utslepp frå dei internasjonale reisene. Statistikken er basert på reiserekningar, innsamla frå Direktoratet for økonomiforvaltning (DFØ), Bluegarden og om lag 30 verksemder som rapporterer direkte.
