Description

Database for statistikk om høyere utdanning (DBH) samler informasjon om aktiviteten ved norske universiteter, høyskoler og fagskoler. Databasen inneholder opplysninger om utdanning, forskning, tilsatte, økonomi, arealer m.m. og forvaltes av Direktoratet for høyere utdanning og kompetanse (HK-dir). Opplysningene utgjør en statistikkbank der data kan hentes programmatisk via API eller rapporter via skjermbilder, samt som spesialbestilling ved henvendelse. Det er laget en klient som er knyttet opp mot API, og som kan brukes til testing eller ad hoc-spørringer: https://dbh.hkdir.no/dbhapiklient/. Statistikkbanken er delt inn etter emne og tabell. Innenfor hver tabell kan brukeren lage sin egen spørring. Spørringen utformes i JSON-format og kan testes i klienten. Data leveres som CSV eller JSON. Overføring skjer via HTTPS eller via klienten. Data kan hentes som et utvalg via spørringen, eller som et helt datasett (bulk data).

Tabell 1 i klienten gir en oversikt over innholdet i API’et.
