Reporting the shareholder register statement (RF-1086)

Used by Norwegian private and public limited liability companies and savings banks with equity certificates to submit an annual shareholder register statement. The statement, which contains all events and transactions in the company, is submitted to the Norwegian Tax Administration’s Register of Shareholders.
