Enrollment of line manager for employee on sick leave

Description

The resource grants access to a form where the employer must specify the line manager for an employee on sick leave within the company. This access also enables the recipients to receive notifications from the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) when information about the line manager is missing. The person registered as the line manager on the form gains access to the employee on sick leave and to the case management services provided by NAV on "Dine sykmeldte" (Your Employees on Sick Leave) at nav.no. The form is submitted at the request of NAV, or when there is a change of line manager for the employee during the sick leave period. It is only possible to register a line manager for employees who are on a certified sick leave.
