Use this form to apply for exclusive rights to the shape and outward appearance of a product to the Norwegian Industrial Property Office (NIPO). The exclusive right applies to all commercial use in Norway. If you have displayed your design publicly, you must submit your application no later than 12 months after you first displayed it publicly.
