Confirmation of residence for tax purposes for individuals and sole proprietorships (ENK)

A confirmation of residence for tax purposes (Certificate of Residence) can confirm residency either according to Norwegian national law or according to a tax treaty with the country in question. In some cases, you need a confirmation of residence for tax purposes to avoid double taxation. This could, for example, be the case if you have a double residence, issue invoices, receive dividends or royalties, work abroad or similar.
