Notification Form - Cooling Towers and Air Scrubbers

Use this form to notify the Environmental Health Service in Nordre Follo municipality about cooling towers and air scrubbers. The notification requirement is meant to prevent the growth and spread of Legionella bacteria. The form is completed on behalf of the business that owns or operates the facility, when it is established or changed, after serious faults, or after a new assessment by an inspection body. You must have the role of general manager, chair of the board, deputy chair, contact person or proprietor in the organisation, or have been given access to this service.
