Subsidy for expert assistance

The subsidy is intended to help employers and employees cover the costs of assistance from a neutral expert with expertise in sick leave and the working environment. Subsidies for expert assistance may be granted to employers to prevent long-term or frequently recurring sick leave in individual cases. The employer, NAV, and the employee concerned must agree that the use of expert assistance is appropriate.
