Right of access pursuant to the Data Protection Act

The form is used by private individuals who want access to the Tax Administration's information pursuant to the Personal Data Act. Private individuals can order access into personal data for themselves, their own child/children under 18, or people they are acting on behalf of (a power of attorney must be attached)
