Jointly owned property – third-party data reporting

This form is used to report third-party information to the Tax Administration. Jointly owned properties with 9 or more residential units must submit information about the jointly owned property’s share of joint income, expenses, wealth, and debt. Usually the jointly owned property’s board or manager submits the information.
