Notification form for swimming facilities and saunas - Environmental health

Use this form to notify the Environmental Health Service in Nordre Follo municipality about a swimming facility or sauna that is open to the public, for example when it is established, extended or changed. You must have the role of general manager, chair of the board, deputy chair, contact person or proprietor in the organisation, or have been given access to this service.
