Description

If your business plans to use biological agents in its work, you must submit a notification to the Norwegian Labour Inspection Authority. The notification requirement applies to planned use of biological agents in infection risk groups 2, 3 and 4. The notification requirement also applies to active use for which the business has not previously submitted a notification.
