Licence - decision notification

A notification of decision is a form for operators to report decisions related to work programs, conditions, and any potential relinquishment of a production license. The form adapts to the choices made along the way, so that the operator only sees and fills in the sections that are relevant to the specific notification. The form covers registration of the decision point, completed and planned work, relevant discoveries, any outstanding commitments, attachments, and a summary before submission. The purpose is to ensure that the Norwegian Offshore Directorate receives accurate and structured information about what the license holders have decided, and the basis on which the decision is made.
