Notification form for hairdressing and skincare businesses

Use this form to notify Nordre Follo municipality of premises to be used for hairdressing, skincare, foot care or massage, when starting up and when making significant changes. You must have the role of general manager, chair of the board, deputy chair, contact person or proprietor in the organisation, or have been given access to this service.
