Compensation to the creator of intellectual property – third-party data reporting

This form is used to report third-party information to the Tax Administration. Businesses, tax-exempt companies, associations and institutions, public and municipal authorities that pay remuneration or fees to the creator of a copyrighted work must submit information. The duty of disclosure includes fees and remuneration for the use of copyright, and royalties.
