New application for a responsibility mark to NIPO (PS-202)

Use this form if you make and sell gold, silver or platinum articles that are stamped with a fineness mark. If you are in the gold and silversmith industry and wish to sell articles you have made yourself, you must have a responsibility mark, so that the manufacturer can be identified. A responsibility mark shows who has placed the article on the market (who is the manufacturer or importer). This makes it possible to identify who has made the article.
