Paid subsidies, compensation, etc. to primary industry – third-party data reporting

This form is used to report third-party information to the Tax Administration. Public authorities that pay certain compensation, grants, maintenance payments, benefits, or allowances to recipients engaged in primary industries are required to submit information. The duty of disclosure applies to amounts paid during the income year that are not reportable under another provision of the Tax Administration Act.
